FRONT DESK

Guest Service Agent (FT) – The Front Office clerk is responsible to check guest in and out of the hotel.  Other duties include providing exceptional customer service and PBX operation.  Preferred candidate to have one-year Front Desk experience.  Must have excellent telephone and computer skills.  Must be able to work all shifts.

 

RESTAURANT

Cook I (FT) – The line cook is responsible for prep work, portion control, garnishing and preparation of dishes according to standards set by the Executive Chef.  Must have previous cooking experience.

 

Host/Hostess (PT) – The restaurant greeter is responsible to greet customers and seat them.  Duties include answering phones, assist the servers and clear tables.  Candidates must have excellent customer services skills and have previous experience.  Must be able to start work at 7:00 am for the AM shift.

 

BANQUETS

Banquet Server (PT) – Must be willing to work all shifts – flexible hours.  Must possess qualities of a self-starter, quality focused, works well on own as well as with others, willing to do whatever is necessary to WOW our guests, assist other hotel departments when needed.  Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, reaching and bending also required.  Duties include setting up and servicing coffee breaks, plated and buffet meals and receptions.  Must have basic service knowledge and have worked in a service environment in the past (restaurant, bar, snack shop, retail).  Previous experience preferred but not required.

 

SALES

Sales Manager – Responsible for increasing awareness of the hotel and selling the property to increase revenue.  Must be self-starting, detailed oriented, possess excellent interpersonal skills and be goal driven.  Computer experience required.  Hotel or Delphi software experience a plus. Some evenings and weekends required.
